June 28 (Bloomberg) -- Honduras’ military is creating a “state of terror” by closing the country’s airports and borders after taking power, said Manuel Zelaya, who was deposed as president in the coup earlier today.

Zelaya spoke in the Nicaraguan capital, Managua, where he is meeting with other Latin American presidents to discuss the overthrow.
